Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) strengthens its reputation as one of the Philippines' leading real estate developers, clinching multiple prestigious awards at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2024. The company was honored with the titles of Best Developer Luzon, Best Developer Mindanao, and a Special Recognition Award for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). 

This year's recognition as Best Developer Luzon marks a significant milestone for FLI, highlighting its expanding influence and unwavering commitment to delivering quality developments across the region. This accolade builds on the company's prior achievements as Best Developer North Luzon in both 2021 and 2022.  Meanwhile, FLI's strong presence in Mindanao was once again acknowledged as it took home the Best Developer Mindanao title for the third time, having previously won in 2021 and 2022. 

The Best Developer awards underscore FLI's unwavering dedication to creating value-driven homes and pioneering developments in key cities across the country. FLI has made its mark by introducing the first condo community developments in areas such as Dagupan, Zamboanga, and General Santos City, elevating the living standards in these regions and providing residents with access to modern amenities and lifestyle conveniences.

(FAI) also received recognition at the 2024 Asia Pacific Property Awards, with Parkway Corporate Center winning the Sustainable Commercial Development award and Filigree’s 1001 Parkway Residences honored for High-Rise Residential Architecture. Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel in Filinvest City was awarded for Public Service Architecture, underscoring how thoughtful design fosters both spiritual and communal enrichment.

In the wake of Typhoon Carina, Pusong Filinvest, the corporate social responsibility and disaster relief arm of Filinvest Land, swiftly mobilized to provide simultaneous relief operations in barangays affected by the recent flooding in the cities of Pasig, Parañaque, Manila, Valenzuela and Dagupan, as well as the municipalities of Cainta in Rizal, Tanza in Cavite, and Bacolor in Pampanga. Our team, together with the help of the barangay officials, distributed essential supplies to over 500 families.
